Recruit, Rebrand, Upcycle

Described as the newest part of global parent Lumesse, TalentObjects is a tech company specialising in recruitment software.

Collectively, the business has more than 2,400 customers in over 70 countries, with TalentObjects as the cell identified for expansion in 2017, seeing it transition from its core client base in Europe, with the aim of making even more of a splash in the United States.

To do this the business commissioned STENCIL to deliver a new logo that initially positioned the brand for standalone buy-in stateside, before being rolled out across all platforms.


This round of investment work was to be supported by an animated short, scripted in-house and directed by filmmaker Calum Macdiarmid. The one-minute film perfectly showcases the brand’s unique product offering as well as promoting its fresh styling and outlook.

More widely, the new brandmark deploys a simple ‘career ladder’ detail in the design to add movement, modernity and a sense of confidence to the blue chip brand. The icon was conceived, drawn and constructed to perform at its optimum across all modern comms platforms and applications.
